Lions Gate: Sound Journey & Activation

A 90-Minute Gathering with Bridgette Jester & Sarah Paz Hyde

Something powerful is on the horizon. Before the 8.8 Lion's Gate Portal reaches its annual peak, we invite you to gather in community for an evening of intention, sound, and authentic expression. Through guided intention setting, gentle vocal toning, and an immersive dual-practitioner sound journey, we'll create space to align with the qualities of courage, abundance, and heartfelt expression as you prepare to step through the portal with greater clarity and presence.

The Lion's Gate has long been regarded as a symbolic time of expansion, illumination, and personal transformation. Whether you connect with its spiritual significance or simply embrace it as a meaningful opportunity to pause and realign, this gathering offers an invitation to reflect on what you are ready to embody, express, and call forward in your life.

Adding to this celestial backdrop, Venus enters Libra on August 6, bringing an energy of harmony, beauty, and balance to our relationships—with others and with ourselves. As Leo's bold, heart-centered fire meets Libra's invitation toward compassion, diplomacy, and authentic connection, we are reminded that true abundance isn't only about what we receive—it's also reflected in how we communicate, relate, and courageously share our authentic selves with the world.

Our evening begins with guided intention setting and light vocal toning exploration designed to awaken the connection between the heart and throat. This is not about singing or performance; it's about discovering the healing resonance of your own voice, exploring vibration as a tool for self-awareness, and giving yourself permission to be seen, heard, and expressed.

From there, you'll be invited to settle into an immersive dual-practitioner sound journey as layers of therapeutic vibration wash over the body. Supported by an array of instruments and intentional sound, this deeply restorative experience offers an opportunity to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and integrate your intentions in a space of stillness and presence.

Whether you come seeking clarity, creative inspiration, deeper self-connection, or simply a peaceful evening of restoration, this gathering offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your inner wisdom and step into the Lion's Gate with openness, authenticity, and intention.

About Your Facilitators

Bridgette Jester is the founder of Crown Creator Studios and a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and Vibrational Sound Practitioner. Her work is rooted in creating intentional spaces that inspire self-awareness, nervous system restoration, and authentic connection. Through therapeutic touch, sound, movement, and mindfulness, Bridgette supports others in remembering that the harmony cultivated within becomes the foundation for the life they create around them.

Sarah Paz Hyde is a multi-instrumental MUSEician and calmUNITY collaborator whose work weaves together sound, creativity, and mindful presence. Classically trained in violin and deeply inspired by improvisation, she shares the healing resonance of voice, handpan, ngoni, and violin as sonic medicine for holistic well-being. Guided by a multicultural upbringing and a spiritually grounded approach to life, Sarah creates experiences that gently bridge body, mind, and spirit.

Beginning her musical journey at just four years old, Sarah explored a variety of creative disciplines before discovering the handpan in 2016—an instrument that called her home to her life's purpose. Today, she offers deeply grounding and expansive sound experiences that invite participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover balance, presence, and inner harmony.

Together, Bridgette and Sarah blend therapeutic sound, intuitive presence, and intentional facilitation to create experiences that invite deep rest, authentic expression, and meaningful connection.
