Founded over seven years ago, the company is owned and operated by Bridgette Jester, a Certified Thai Bodywork Practitioner, Sound Healing Practitioner, 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Level II Reiki Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist. With years of experience across multiple healing modalities, Bridgette brings an integrative approach that blends ancient practices with modern knowledge — offering a truly unique model of care.

Bridgette’s offerings are flexible and flow with intention. She provides the community a safe container to access multiple modalities including: Therapeutic Massage, Breathwork, Yoga, Reiki, and Immersive Sound Healing Sessions. Each practice is thoughtfully woven together and carefully cultivated to help you slow down, unravel layers of tension, and reconnect with the wisdom already living inside you.
